PAYMENTS

The first payment of 75% of the tuition is due with execution of the Agreement signed by Player and the Player’s parent/guardian either electronically or by hand. The second payment of 25% of the tuition is due by September 1st. Please email info@fcblazers.com if you have any questions about payments or methods.

There is a 5% DISCOUNT AVAILABLE FOR TUITION PAYMENTS MADE IN FULL, IF RECEIVED BY THE CLUB WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIVING A CONTRACT FROM THE CLUB. **

Players with an outstanding balance as of November 1st may be ineligible to participate in training, games and/or tournaments

REFUNDS

The Player and the Player’s parent/guardian agree that the entire club tuition will be paid per the terms of this agreement and that refunds will not be given for any reason at any point in the playing year.
